Wir suchen engagierte Menschen aus der Schwarzen Community in Dortmund, die als Gesundheitsbotschafter*innen aktiv werden möchten – für Aufklärung rund um HIV und Sexuelle Gesundheit - gegen Stigma & Diskriminierung.

Wir wissen, wie wichtig es ist, dass Gesundheitsthemen von innen heraus in die Community getragen werden. Unser MiSSA-Projekt macht genau das: Aufklärung und Prävention mit, von und für die Community.

Als ehrenamtliche Gesundheitsbotschafter*in:

Klärst du auf – ehrlich, offen und auf Augenhöhe

Baust du Vorurteile und Stigma ab

Stärkst du deine Community von innen

Medizinisches Vorwissen ist nicht nötig. Zu Beginn deiner Tätigkeit bekommst du von uns kostenlose Seminare, in denen du alles Wichtige lernen kannst. Auch darüber hinaus begleiten wir dich mit regelmäßigen Teamtreffen.

Wichtig sind Herzblut, Offenheit und Lust, etwas zu bewegen.

Your community needs you.

We are looking for dedicated people from the Black Community in Dortmund who want to get involved as Health Ambassadors – raising awareness about HIV and Sexual Health, and fighting stigma & discrimination.

We know how important it is for health topics to be carried into the community from within. Our MiSSA project does exactly that: education and prevention with, by and for the community.

As a volunteer Health Ambassador, you will:

Educate – honestly, openly and at eye level

Break down prejudices and stigma

Strengthen your community from within

No medical background is required. At the start of your work, we will provide you with free seminars where you can learn everything about HIV and how it affects your Community. Beyond that, we will continue to support you with regular team meetings.

What matters is passion, openness and the desire to make a difference.
